okay..tis morning (the first thing ive done after solat) was scaling (?)

tattadaaaa:

weight:54.5kg

and what my meal planned?

breakfast: milk + radix (50+110)
lunch: rice 1/2 cup (100) + blackpepper beef 3 tablespoon (120) + scramble egg with red beans (150)..hahahah no sayur today..kat rmh my mom
kudapan: apporx. 1/4 cups of nestle fitnesse for a day (40)
dinner:protein shake+milk (90+120)
suppper:hot milk (2 scoop of anlene .no sugar) 180

okaiss..another 3 days ill weighed myself again..

okay..today is a week after 19.jan..i lost 0.5kg.no bouncing back..iyahhooo
what did i have today.lets count

breakfast
protein shake + soy milk 240kj

kudapan
ok munchy 3pc 150kj

lunch
1/2 cup rice+1/2 pomfret with tomato sauce+baby sawi 400

tea
radix+hr goat milk (seriously yummy..pls try it) 170kj
bahulu 5 pc 150kj(anggaran..dunno how much)

dinner
portein shake+soy milk 240kj

total=1350kj

so it is short 10kj from my recommended daily calories..let see tomorrow how much i lost

i started my healthy diet on 19.11.2009.a month after gave birth to my third child.
below is the measurement taken:

my height : 157cm
17.10.2009 : 71kg
19.10.2009 : 66kg
19.11.2009 : 60kg
24.01.2010: 55.5kg

targeted weight by 19.2.2010 is 54kg and approximate rate of weight loss is 2 kg per month.
meal planned for today

breakfast
kopi radix (105kj)
toast+nutella (100kj) > diet2 pon aku hentam nutella..kekekeke

mengunyah time (11am)
roti pat sagi jacob 1 kpg(20kj) > x sdp yg ni husband salah beli

lunch
nasi putih + sayur + ikan (aprox. 500kj) > x tau nk msk apa lagi

hi tea >poyo kan
koko radix+milk (150kj)

dinner
protein shake+soy milk (340kj)

skyjuice consume : 2L

aja aja fighting!!
