okay..today is a week after 19.jan..i lost 0.5kg.no bouncing back..iyahhooo
what did i have today.lets count

breakfast
protein shake + soy milk 240kj

kudapan
ok munchy 3pc 150kj

lunch
1/2 cup rice+1/2 pomfret with tomato sauce+baby sawi 400

tea
radix+hr goat milk (seriously yummy..pls try it) 170kj
bahulu 5 pc 150kj(anggaran..dunno how much)

dinner
portein shake+soy milk 240kj

total=1350kj

so it is short 10kj from my recommended daily calories..let see tomorrow how much i lost
