okay..tis morning (the first thing ive done after solat) was scaling (?)

and what my meal planned?
breakfast: milk + radix (50+110)
lunch: rice 1/2 cup (100) + blackpepper beef 3 tablespoon (120) + scramble egg with red beans (150)..hahahah no sayur today..kat rmh my mom
kudapan: apporx. 1/4 cups of nestle fitnesse for a day (40)
dinner:protein shake+milk (90+120)
suppper:hot milk (2 scoop of anlene .no sugar) 180
okaiss..another 3 days ill weighed myself again..
